how do i make one? i never understood how the stat points are distributed. i want a 70/70 nuker but idk how many ints and how many str i need to put each lvl

70:70 nuker means u wanna keep the magical and physical balance at 70:70. this is basically a 1:1 hybrid... do NOT recommend for a nuker.

if you want a nuker make like a 7:1 or a 9:1. maybe even a 5:1.
7:1 means you put 7 points int 1 point str. 9:1 would be the easiest at 100 cap. first 10 lvls pure str. other 90 lvls pure int.

It it NOT a 1:1 hybrid.
1:1 is 1 int per str.
70:70 is making the balance 70% phys and 70% mag. You are adding more int than str. Even though you are int your nukes are about as strong your as soul spear (if you are using a spear) while playing as a 70:70. I wouldn't recommend using nukes in pvp.
