What do you need to do to become a nuker?

i'd like to know what to do, what to equip, etc. i'd like as much details as possible please. (:

chinese-
add int every level
get to level 30
up the fire or light or cold mastery to 30, "learn" a nuke
Congratulations you are now a nuker!

euro-
add int every level
get to level 4
up wiz or bard or warlock to 4, "learn" a nuke
Congratulations you are now a nuker!

Nukers have a high damage output but low HP and sometimes low defense. Most wear garments or robes, unless you are euro with cleric subclass.

as chinese:
choose at level 1 bow. because bow is the fastest leveling to 30 for nukers. then at 30 buy a spear or sword and shield and learn fire/light or ice nukes and kill some shit in 1 hit baby!!!
wear garments all the way
ADD ALL ON IT (or if u wna be hybrid then do so accordingly)

I prefer more Protector and Cold/Lightning S/S is great nuker build, but Fire/Lightning (Spear or S/S) = Wizards are so dead

for pvp you can choose prot or garments.
