Lv 49 Muijigi Quest answer fast plz

i am at the soldier at west gate hotan but i dont see yellow paper abovee his head and i walked around hotan and i relogged still cant see plz help me

one of those quests said west gate and meant south, try one at south gate i guess... if not, look around town

the message i got when i lvled said west gate soldier batu he is at weest gate but cant see yellow thingy and when i click him nothing appears

yup...go at nite only.....the quest is allow to take on night times ^^
