Disjointing

Hi everyone, just needed some info on disjointing items via destroyer rondo

1)I noticed that when u destroy an item, you only get two diff elements exp. fire l5l4, wind l5l4. Is this totally random? Or is it when u destroy boots it gives u fire/wind and necky u get earth/fire etc.

2)is the # of elements you get from an item soly determined by the items lvl? Or will blue stats and (+x) on disjointed items give extra elements?

Totally random, I think. I don't pay much attention though. I stopped destroying my items after realising how much money I lost for each nuked item.... heh.

It's totally random. You get two types same (Item degree) lvl elements and two below (Item degree lvl - 1) lvl elements. For example you can get E5 WA4 F5 WI4 and you can get E54 WI54 out of the same (5th degree) item.

and still wanna know if it matters if i disjoint a blue item vs. a normal white item same lvl. same# of elements? blue item give more? all random?

i like to disjoint item...to get element....and it is cheaper when u need to buy it to make tablet. Selling element also earn lot of gold for me

ppl in my guild used to go to jangen and buy items for low price from nubs , degree2 dgree 3 and degree 4 , any items , even the items that had +3 str +3 int and wat ever stuff that would make low lvl's cry got destroyer rondo'd, thay made made up a list on how much you can spend per item per degree and still be able to pull off a profit from it

thay sold elements in hotan ( i think alot of xian ppl miss crazy Pei's element store now that he stoped playing )
anyway's Pei made MILIONS a week in game gold doing this
up to the point he event told me he felt sorry for the noobs who buy his elements at 1,5k each
he invested about 200k to start his sro buisness , in total he made over 40m . in 2 months ,

i invested a mill my self doing this and turned into 8mill in a few days of stalling

@Jessica: let me test wheter you get more elements on + items and i'll let you know.

Edit:
After testing 10 items from degree 3-6. My findings are:

The type and amount elements you get is random. However the degree of the elements are at the item level or one lower.

Weapon with + gives more elements in total. I tested 2 sets and on average, the +1s give 18% more.

Weapons give more elements than accessories/cloths.

Items of higher level give more elements, even though they have the same degree. (duh)
