"Eliminate The Threat" Quest

Has anybody done this quest yet? Where you have to hunt the 4 uniques in b5, tortoise, hawk, blue dragon and the tiger. I was wondering if anyone can give any info on whether you get really good exp at level 98+ and if it drops items and the most IMPORTANT, whether it has a time limit or not? If it has a time limit, if you fail to kill, can you go back and do it again?
