Thats turks for ya bud. They are mostly wizards who are the ones who ]camp uniques all day (especially lower lvl ones ) Cause they cant get a sense of accomplishment in pvp seeing as they die in 1 hit...or 2 depending if they have bless

Well if Chars are for PvP the I would say Pure Str Glavie 100Heuksal/Fire/Lightning:
+ Defensive
+ Ok Damage
+ Lots of HP
- Uses a lot of MP Potions
- Only One Ranged Attack
And as for nuker I think its the most popular nuker build 100Bicheon/Cold/Lightning Pure Int:
+ More Defense than other nukers
+ Good Parry Ratio
+ Fast
+ Snow Shield
- Only usefull nukes are actually Lightning Nukes (Ice Rain from Cold is Ok)
- Not So Powerful as Spear
+ Defensive
+ Ok Damage
+ Lots of HP
- Uses a lot of MP Potions
- Only One Ranged Attack

True, but snow shield can make a glaiver run out of MP for his skills.
Im lvl 80, got about 9K MP, but for instance soul emperor already costs 2.2K mp.
Having large pots set @ 50%, my MP can run out when fighting ints.

The mp cost can be a lot, but IMO it's much better than 100 light. There are already dozens of topics about how the difference between 80 light and 100 light is pretty much nothing, yet the 20% snow shield can save ur life.
*EDIT I know how u feel about mp tho. On my blader, my imbue and lightning chain take at least half of my mp. Luckily i'm incredibly unfarmed, so all my other skills have a pretty low mp usage.

Well your level 80, at level 100 you can support it especially if you set MP pots to about 70%+...At 90 cap even tho im bow i could handle 20-30% snow shield (cant remember exactly which snow shield i had seeing tho i deleveled it a bit for 100 cap) and i did fine and never run out of MP. So im sure glavie can handle it as well.
