basicly what he sais, the 35 one will have a higher mag reinf, and also a bit higher mag atack (for some reason).
Just compare the numbers of the mag attack and mag reinf to know which one is better ^^
(also, the 35 is easier to get to +3 then it is to get the 32 to +6 eh ^^)
