monsters colors and lvls??

i mean what the difference between my lvl and the mobs lvl for every color

5 or more lvls above = red
1-4 lvls above = red
ur lvl - 3 lvls below = white
4 lvls below - 6 lvls below = green
7 or more lvls below = blue
