100x exp/sp rate server

Is there any server like this which has some active pvpers? And that isnt so troublesome to install?

100x? yeah sure. Why not an instant cap server? You register and you're at the cap fully farmed, and for a little fee you'll be full sun +11

As far as I know there's no private server with such rates. The only private servers I know which are currently working are the ecSRO server (10x), and the sjSRO server(30x), but for the latter it's hard to register at the moment, the registration page is not online all the time.

Damn, 30 times...If it has 90 cap/90 skills or even 100 cap/skills I would join lol..

20x exp/sp not 30x. Some emo 'tard on elitepvpers got the info wrong.
