Got the Devil's Spirit B - how to activate...?

I've searched, and I just need clarification. So, it looks like the B grade isn't "activated" when you get it. How would you activate it? I don't know that I feel like spending 50 silk to activate a B grade, if the time period is only 7 days instead of 28.

Can you upgrade a B to an A somehow?

hm.. when you get it from the event you can activate it by right-clicking it in your inventory, then put it on yourself.. lasts 7 days from the time you activate it. I heard a rumor that you can then use the awakening thing for 50 silk and turn it into A grade . . but I kind of doubt it.
I have B grade on myself atm because my A ran out, afterwards I'll NPC it.

In other words, it's not much use. Sounds like the best bet is to activate it for a long weekend and play in parties a lot.
