NPC finding...

Hey, I was wondering if there was a site that tells you the locations of npc characters? For example... HAGEUK

In the guide for quests, it says he is a western ferryman, but i looked at all 4 ferry stations, and there was no quest giver or anyone named HAGEUK.
So, if there is a site to tell you where NPC's are, please post it in here. Thanks
