Some questions about stones

Hi everyone, I used to play this game awhile ago, I had a mid 50's character on Venice. However, its been a couple years since I've played last. I now have a character on Venus that is level 14 so I'm still in Jangan, and I haven't been able to get a real feel for the economy yet.
So my questions are, how much, roughly, does a 9 degree stamina stone go for? I saw a 9D Str stone up for 3 mil on the stall network, but don't know if this would be a good price or not. Also, would it be better for me to stall in Donwhang instead of Jangan? and do I have to run to Donwhang before I can transport there?

Its amazing how much you forget about a game after leaving it for so long. Thanks for any help.

Well I have sold One 9D Stamina Stone at Dowhang for 400k but Str Stone for 700k, but I think real price is between 250k-2mil
