Deleveling to SP farm, would this work?

I had an idea (and yes, it did hurt). I saw a pic of a player here, who deleveled from lvl 21 to 16 to sp farm, and of course, his str and int were A LOT higher than regular lvl 16's, thus making it much easier to kill Bandit Archers.

Question. Say you are wearing lvl 21 armour and weapons. You delevel to 16, those weapons and armour are still useable and effective? (So long as you NEVER take them off). How about your masteries?

I have a feeling you won't be able to use your 'overleveled' masteries, but your stats and equipment would be ok.

Also, why stop there. If you're lvl 24 before deleveling, why not delevel to like...10? You'd still one hit the Archers (due to nice stats and equipment) and get a crap load more sp per (since they'd be a red mob after you've deleveled so much).

Does this make any sense?? and more importantantly....would it work?

Equipment higher than your level won't be usable, even if you delevel and still wear the equipment.. the same goes to weapons and such. But masteries work.

also, you would be able to use your "out lvled" masteries, (i seen a lvl 13 player used a 56 nuke, i partyed him to make sure XD)

if i had to make a new character and wanted to farm on archers, i would probably get myself ot lvl 25-30. then de lvl my masterys with the cursed hearts quest. then mabye go murderer or just keep dying from earth ghost till in 16 or 14. but if you have a good lvl 8, lvl 16 bow, this wont be nessary

how are the SPs if you're at level 16 and your mastery, say, at level 31?

Another way to put it is: does the masteries determine the SPs or the level?

U can do this kind of things but i just wont do good if ur plan is sp farming xD.

u dont have the required gap idk if this negative gap does something extraordinary but i think it would be the same as having a 0 gap(to farm u require a 9lvl gap)
