SP Farming, Elixir Question

To farm SP as fast as possible, are you supposed to train on monsters slightly lower, the same, or slightly higher than your level? Would a 30/21 gap be a 9 level gap?

Also, I found a 4th degree SOS Royal Guard (dual axe), and I made it +3 with 3 weapon elixirs. Was this a waste of money, if not should I continue trying to boost it (stones)?

To get the maximum amount of sp it's best for you to grind on mobs that have an excellent spawn rate and that you can kill really fast.

Edit: I wouldn't waste time trying to FB your axe. Seeing as how lower level weapons don't sell for much. I'd just sell them as they are.

FB = Full blue, as in you fixed all of it's stats added Str + int and w/e etc...

Not really sure how much it'd be worth though, ask around in the Marketplace maybe they can help you.

Normally if should sell for 5-6m tops, depending on server and luck. I usually sell just before weekly inspection and it sells faster and higher.
