For traders you can take more goods. Thieves and hunters gain better damage against their opponents.

You get nothing but recognition on that list.

More goods for traders. But i guess it's mainly for the recognition.

Yes, I guess they will sooner or later JM will add new job items for higher levels. The NPC spawns already have some.
