This depends on what you want 1v1/group pvp, or pve.

I thought glavies were the best for pvp... well that's what I've heard, not what I have experienced, so I can't really tell.

Nah, bladers > glavies in pvp. But glavies are better at PvE then bladers so it just depends on what you like.

Nukers are good at PVP, however whenever new skills are released (with updates), everyone has to go about changing their nuke builds.

Glaives are quite nice and okay to level, Blades take longer to level. But in PVP they're pretty intense as they're damn hard to kill, fighting as one I find quite enjoyable, as the fights don't last 10 hits or so (like fights between nukers do)
Started playing again, on CSRO now though, not ISRO (:
Hybrid - 5x 70:70 Hybrid - Ocean[VIP] CSRO
_EXPO_ - 7x 1H Warrior Cleric - ISRO - QUIT

Well of course there will always be variations of builds that will do worse in pvp. This fire/light/cold build you mentioned isn't very good at pvp since it lacks the kd + stab skills. But in group pvp it is pretty good.
