pretty easy to pk2 edit it.... done it once, but its too flashy...

looks pretty cool but, it might be something with your graphics card and makes the blizzard look like that

It's not my screenshot. I found it on the screenshots section. Anyways, i doubt it's a glitch with the graphics card.
