Noise and moving march
Tambours, hit march
dances
resistance passives, mp consumption passive, and range passive
MP cycle / orbit
maybe tuning noise for group pvp.. as it's absolute damage

Re: Bard skills for party and for solo
Bards really don't need to use that many skills in parties, and as a STR bard, you'll be doing even less.
Moving/Swing March: Lurers need speed to lure, everyone else needs speed to run in case of mobs. =)
Noise: Just use it on yourself and keep away from monsters. With this, you'll be the last person standing after everyone else gets pwnt by big pulls.
Mana Cycle/Orbit: This is what you spam the entire time. Self explanatory, but make sure to use it on yourself first, since STR bards empty their MP pool extremely fast, and then the cleric and wizards come next. Mana Orbit, IMO, is the single laziest skill ever created in the history of... ever. Neither skill attracts aggro, which is a big plus.
Tambours: Most people go with either Guard or Mana tambour to keep everyone alive. Hit/Clout March is reserved for strong parties that don't need damage absorption.
Dances: Usually, there won't be an extra bard in the party so you won't be using these often. But if there is, I would go with Dancing of Wizardry in order to boost the Wizards' attacks to insane levels.
Discord Wave: Some people say this helps a lot while others find it useless. If you keep this skill up to date, you can target yourself or a party member and get monsters away from them. Good for use on clerics and wizards since it saves their lives. DO NOT use it on a tanker.

Re: Bard skills for party and for solo
Two other useful skills for STR bards in a party:
Mana Switch: cast on damage dealers in party, damage they do is converted to some MP for you
Rave Melody/Harmony: converts some of your HP to MP
About Tuning Noise, it can also be used to top up your MP. It returns MP to you based on the absolute damage you do.
For soloing, you only need speed, noise, and mp heals if you choose to use them.
@Advancechao : True, STR bards are limited in what bard skills they can use in a party, but I partially disagree with your comment about bards not using that many skills in parties, at least at high levels. A properly played farmed INT battle bard should be using Mana Orbit, tambour, dance (provided there's a 2nd bard of course), bard nukes, Booming Wave, Swing March, Discord Wave, and Cure Melody (as needed). I provide extra damage in a party, regularly finishing off mobs the wizards don't quite kill.
