So when it comes on 3. March after the weekly server inspection I only need to virus scan the file of SRO v 1.180 and the just instal it as legend III plus?

Yes, but don't forget to back up your screenshots in sro folder.
BTW most people thinks it will be on the 17th not on the 3rd bec there is enough proof in new client's pk2 file.
