where do we get our health that we desperatley need??

is it just pure str blues and stamina stones? (i dont know what stamina stones do tbh)

help? like how should i get more str so that i dont get butt punked by a str glavier

Add str blues to your gear. Get a shield with a good BR. Use Snowshield when pvping. Use KD when necessary to interrupt the glavie's skills.

stamina stones can be used on head, chest and leg armor. It will add between 0-max hp of the degree can have hp.

Example D9 can have 0-600 hp added. D8 can have 0-400 hp added.

Some builds I've seen, they would level up Heuksal, to get the extra HP increase Passive. Then use the build as a Duel Weapon build. Not everyones style these days though.

Also, if you don't mind spending a little money, getting a devil spirit increases your HP/MP by 15%. At low levels, it's not much, but you'll see a difference at higher levels.

at low levels (e.g. 24-42) you'll almost always get owned by glaviers if you don't have good gear. The pvp's get better later on when they can no longer 1-hit you.
