how does Slave watch quest(escape plan 4) works?

Hi, guys. i know everybody had so much fun with this quest. but is it repeatable? and how does it work, exactly? i know it has something to deal with the monster with the q on the top of their head. i see ppl summon the lv85 monster a lot. but dont u can only get 5 of them? if anyone can explain this quest, i will be appreciate.

After u get the quest they will spawn around a minute and directly attack to you. They are faster then %100 speed / ironclad horse. So best deal with them is to use invisibility. Time their spawn, go invisible, let them attack others. Since they are aggresive, they will attack anyone within their range. They deal good dmg to bots even on takla(kill 2-3hits max),but they are weak and easily killed by few 6x lvls
