Why do you only get 77.2% with a 100% skill ticket?

I bought a Silk Ticket from the item mall, yes the 100% skill ticket, but why does it not actualy give me 100%? When my 3 hours are up I get 132 Xp per kill and 202 Sp, however when my ticket is going I get 132 Xp but only 358 Sp. You would expect to get 404 Sp per kill because 100% extra is the same as 2 times as much, so 202 times 2 =404.

If you set up the numbers 358=202X and solve for x you get x=1.77 (rounded using significant figures). This means I am only getting 77%. Where is my other 23%???

If you are thinking that maybe I am getting 202 due to whenever the 30% is going on and my 358 is from when only my ticket is going, or vice versa, then also look at this. If you were to divide the 358 in half (to get rid of the 100%) you get 179. So if 202 would be from 30% then taking that 30% away from 202 would make it 179. However, when you take 30% from 202 you get 141.3 (due to 202-202*.3). So 202 being at 30% is not possible.

Unless plvling make a difference, I don't know what is going on. I just want an asnwer from SRO, why am I not getting my full 100%? I paid for it, so I deserve it.

do you have a gap?
for example if you have a 3gap, you would get 130% sp (if with a 0gap the mob gives you 100sxp, then with 3gap it would be 130sxp)

and when your skill ticket is active it just adds 100% to the 130%. so you would get 230% sp per kill (would make 230sxp with 3gap, and with 0gap 200sxp)

so it just "doubles" your sxp when you have a 0gap, because the ticket description never says that i doulbes your xp, just that you get ADDITIONAL 100% sxp

Auctualy I got the awnser right on Joymax's forums:

Valentine event gives u 30% skill exp. more so u gain 130% now lets calculate howmany sp u gain without event [(202/130)*100]=155.38

so u should gain 202+155.38=357.38 skill exp per mob

So your theory is wrong. 100% does mean double, always has, always will. Does not matter what gap. SRO, during this event, is adding the 100% to the 30% instead of adding 100%, and then adding 30%, or vice versa. I forgot to take that in consideration in my math.
