So what is the scam?

I've been approached be a couple people in-game who want to give me 500 million gold and tell me to meet them at guild storage. Since I'm not falling for this scam and when called on it, they never reply, can someone explain what the scam is? Has anyone fallen for this?

well u could just go with them...then tell them 2 drop the gold on the ground for u to pick up...just dont stall ur 'valuables'...or even put it in trade...

lol, just let them exchange it 100m at the time, easy enough

They'll probs tell you to stall your most expensive wep for 1 gold just to show it, with the stall closed > and then let you take it out after you've registerd your stuff in stall net allreaddy out of town,,, you wont see your wep in your stall, but it will be there for 1 gold.
So your safe if you just stall a pot for 500 mil and nothing else, or if they just exchange you the gold without you having to show your weps (and probs press F12 once, they wont show in the exchange window either then).
