Is there a tablet that gives astral to weapons

Yep, it's called the "Tablet of spending money on the item mall to buy astral and immortal stones to put on your weapon"

It's very rare though.

hahah I just noticed. whenever anyone makes a thread, cuchulainn is there to answer it. and usually first to be there.

Steady is a rare drop from mobs. Lucky can be gotten using a destroyer rondo. I'm not sure if it is a monster drop or not.
