Teleport Scroll Question

Just started playing SRO, and I noticed that the teleport scrolls doesn't always work. Why's that??? I have to sit for a while before I activate it or something

You will most likely have a delivery quest. Tp (Teleport) scrolls are disabled then untill you finish that quest.

I don't think I have it. What level I gotta be to get this quest

Return Scrolls take 30 seconds to work from the time that you used it. Perhaps this is what you were asking? There are Special Return Scrolls you can buy only, from Grocery/Jewelery merchant, which takes 10 seconds to use.

My return scrolls wont work, not the ones I was gained when I just started playing SRO and not the ones I bought/found.

right click on them
you should see sort of a green cirlce of light around you
and scroll return bar on your screen

if you try to do somthing else, sometimes it cancels the scroll

if it still dont work you got a quest that wont allow you to return
to see if this is the case go to the quest screen and check all your quests,
or you can to the the main guide in each town and see if you can transport to other areas or not
