curious since first war there were no taxes prior, now who ever takes it has to hold it till next time to get paid right?
And if so, and some one takes it on the 2nd war, would who ever take it be able to take that gold right then and there or defend it for the next time

i just heard one has to defend it to get the gold, want to be sure
