Difference between Ice and Fire wall

Is there any real difference in them at all I've always wondered that. (Apart from how the skills look, obviously)

Ice protects from physical attacks
Fire from magical

Thanks, never read the skills as I barely use them but it will be handy for this bow guide I'm doing and I'm logged on a Euro right now so couldn't check.

yeah.

wiz/locks/bards/clerics can't take down ice wall since they have no phy attk
that's why some(smart) chars use it to prevent any debuffs

and same goes for fire wall for rogues/warriors
that's why some(smart) chars use it to prevent stun/kd/kb

y not max out the skills and use the fire wall to block nukes and ice wall for 2h warriors....since ive heard that they have higher hp at high lvls

A stun on sprint assault causes fire wall to cancel Smart rogue/warriors with cleric/bard/lock sub (or wiz, but thats not that often) will use there mag wep to destroy the wall before continuïng =p
