I think they wanted to make the game look good for new people to get addicted over summer, now its over and they don't care. Also GNGWC might have had something to do with it, now that its over Joymax is out of the public eye.

I got gold bot spamming in town after last two inspections so my guess is that they removed some old spammers from town. Perhaps they continue banning but don't put lists on?

Edit: big bot account banned on Eos, one of the multi accounts of a guild manager.
