im just wondering what it rlly does, cuz whenever i put it on some1 the mobs attack them dont get stunned or any bs, also im just wondering who i should buff with scream mask wehn im partying..

Person A gives person B scream mask. Then person C attacks person B (in which person C is either a mob or a real person) and there is a probability that person C gets stunned.

During pting, if you are full time lock I'd give them to the ints since they could use it the most I guess.

Oh, and it's not a 100% chance to stun but like 35? or 30% so don't be surprised if it doesn't happen that often

I'm not sure about PvE, but PvP it is a very strong buff. You want to cast it on however is getting hit the most, so that enemies are stunned as often as possible. However, if wizards/nukers are dying, you may want to give it to them. Personally, I don't like leaving tanking to a % chance.

I just saw it on our trade. It was GREAT. I suggest using it, some thiefs attacking the hunters/traders get stun, which can come out really life saving!

Scream mask is an all around good buff and it's pretty underrated in my opinion. Bladers, Bowers, and anyone who hits multiple times in one attack gets screwed by it. If you just cast it on someone and a blader starts using chains on them, for instance, the blader always gets stunned after the first three hits of the chain, and the buff continues to interrupt them in a very annoying way. Too bad it only lasts 2 minutes like Pain Quota so it's easy to forget to cast it.

It used to be a lot better, though! Before the 90 cap update, you could get level 1 scream mask and it would work as well as a level 6 scream mask because stun was bugged that way. The worst part is that scream mask used to work both ways; not only did it stun when a buffed person got hit, but in addition, the buffed person had a probability of stunning the enemy with each hit. Super, super cheap.

Party play wise, give it to the tank after he comes back with his lure and is tanking them. When mobs attack him, there is a % that the mobs will be stunned. This gives the tank less to worry about. It helps plenty.
