Hack & Charge back.

Hey guys,
So my account got hacked, and a charge back was done (probably from them using there paypal account)which is preventing me for logging back onto my account. Is there anyway that i can un ban my account from the charge back?

JM is the only one able to remove the ban. Perhaps you will get it back by contacting them and explaining what happened and recharging the account for the chargebacked amount but it takes normally 3 weeks. The hackers have a great part of your account info and I don't exclude a second hack. If your character wasn't high level I would advise to restart a new account.

If there was valuable stuff on your account like sox, lots of gold etc it's probably gone by now.

only way JM unbans acc is when the gold is refunded !
The hacker used is own paypal, then did chargeback. U can't pay for his chargeback, it won't work.
Trying to explain what happened, won't work neither.
Just do chargeback on ur account & make a new acc

dont give out your information so you dont get hacked
why would joymax give you back something for doing what you were told not to do, so even though you got hacked which is bad, you are at fault in some way, so JM will not return your account

better to just make one new account with new char, and be more careful

the same thing happened to me. got hacked and then they chargebacked on it...couldn't get it back. just have to make a new acc =[
