Im wondering if there is anyhow you can "pause" the ticket? Before I think you could enter a 8 pt and it would stop. But I dont think it works any more? So how to do it now?

It's impossible..They changed the join x/8 pt when euro came since group grind started to show his face 
So you'll have to finish your ticket, or sacrifice time from your ticket if you want to job/pvp w/ ever.

Thanks for the answer! Wow that really sucks, Im going to delevel my char and it will surely take 3+ hours, even though I have a resser friend

Go on too high level mobs, if you kill one you get SP and loose XP if you're killed. I call it "natural SP gaining".
