HONOR BUFF and Academy

Greeting everyone

It's my 1st post for this year XD
I want to know, how people get honor buff? How to accumulate Honor point, and what penalty we receive if we ban a student?

what i know is:
add a player below Lv29, level him to Lv40. Graduate will giv some honor point. while Lv 60 graduate give nothing. Yet, why Only chinese weapon applicable at honor fake sun item?

I want to ask questions like below:
1. How do we get some honor buff? (ranking? number of graduate?)
2. What penalty caused to us if we ban a player from academy.
3. Lv40 graduate and Lv60 graduate we get how much Honor point?
4. Can i have some tips where is most suitable for Lv40 fast plvl?

I am Akmoo_euro,
ALPS Wizard Lv82/ Cleric 64
Uranus Lv35 warrior

2 - penalty is you cant join new student for one day
3 - you get honor points when student who was lvl 29 or lower when joined graduates at 40, any still in acadamy at 60 you get no honor points they are helpers for you, they get small share of honor points for any ohters that graduate at 40

Well, Then i am hitting bot's monster?
anyway, with my Wiz char, i will kill most monster.
I do Lv32 33 Blood ong, Ong, Hungry Blood Ong (for reaching Lv36)
I do Lv40 Angry sung sung (for reaching 38~40)
I do Lv 48 49 Ujigi Mujigi (for 42 for help members use new weapon)

Thanks! Now i know i need not to worry about ban an inactive character there... i am so worry bout my deduction of honor point.

Still pending answer for Honor Buff, anyone can help answer for me? I am so amazing there is player have honor buff in my guild, and they told me graduate a lot player at low level.. lol.. who knows players low level most of the time is sp farming (if is myself, i do the same sp farm).

Honor buff make your character outstanding.
With honor buff, with avatar, with premium ticket, we have extra power than usual players. However, we are planting our cash (real money) to joymax entertainment...
