Can avatar items be put in the bank and used by other chars?

Okay, with the new Angel Wings dress coming out I am definitely going to pick those up because they look awesome, and I am wonder, is if I buy for one character, can I put it in the bank and then use it on another character (which both would be male) or do you have to buy a separate suit for each characte even if on the same account?

I think its possible if both chars are on the same account, but not on seperate accounts.

You can use them on the same server but they don't transfer from server.
You put them in your storage, log off, relog with the same account but another character and you find them nicely packed in your storage (like any other stuff that you left there).
