Does the level of Cleric Rod effect how much you are able to heal?

For example, say I was level 90 warrior/Cleric using a lvl 32 som Cleric Rod. Would a level 85 Cleric Rod make my heals more effective?

To my knowledge, the answer isn't the level of the rod but the magical attack + reinforce. I thought your heals were based off that, so a heal is basically a negative damage on yourself. I could be wrong though.

Of course that only applies to those heals that don't heal a specific amount (i.e. my group heal does 964 or something), and I don't think there are many of those.

Yes you would heal more with a 85 cleric then a 32 Som one.

i would say.. test it by urself ^^

Depending at the skills Weapon Reflective %, it might do more healing than other skills.

Creds to AdvanceChao on this, I remembered this post:

"Remember to factor in the weapon reflect value when calculating the HP healed. If you have 5000 HP and you get hit for 2000, Recovery Division will heal you 445 HP plus the amount on your weapon multiplied by 1.05 (hence the 105% reflect in the description). If your theoretical weapon has exactly 1000 magic attack, then Recovery Division heals you 445 + 1020 = 1465 HP total."

So, if you're using a level 32 weapon, it will DEFINITELY heal lower. I knew there was something about the magical attack power of the weapon. And OTG, I do remember some skills that have higher weapon reflect %'s.
