How to get Botters to Murder?

I've heard folks say they've gotten botters to go murderer, although I've yet to read how they got them to do this....

I didnt bother searching b4 I posted at I'm about to go eat :roll:

So, my question is: Would some1 give me a step-by-step as to how I would go about getting a botter murderer status?...
