Which effects does it NOT treat when using the lvl 9 pills?

They arn't called Purification Pills, they're called Special Pills...I think. And they cure everything, except the normal statuses like Fire, Cold, Lightning, Poision etc.

I think he is referring to the bluish/black ones, not universal pills. Anyways
the blue ones recover from weakening, division, impotent, dull, bleed, decay, poison, sleep, fear, others.

the yellow/purple ones recover from, burning, darkness, electric shock, frost, frozen, poison, zombie.

these status effects cannot be cured by either:
vital spot-muscle, and vital spot-spirit, stun, knockdown.
