[Hera] Welcome message?

Every time when you log on to hera, or teleport to an other city, or other side of the ferry, you get this welcome message when you first created a character, also you keep getting academy matching screen and you get this screen at the right saying something about item mall(F10)

Is there a way to get rid of this? cause it's really annoying.

Yeah I agree. Think I get an empty help window aswell. Just annoying

Normally if you do the first quests it should be gone.

That's not only on Hera...My char is 69 and I also get it. I'm sure there are even lvl 90 chars with that problem.

It's some kind of glitch.

My main lvl 90 I've been playing a while doesn't get it and never has, but my two noobs, same account that I created within the last few months both get. I've seen other people report it with recently created characters.

anyways, yeah, i think all new characters have the glitch ( from present to months ago )
