About Parry ratio

I read sooo many post about parry ratio and i can't understand if is good for me to increase my parry ratio with tablets.
If i have high parry ratio my enemy do me low dmg ?

The higher your parry the lower your enemy will hit you on his dmg scale.

Say the damage you do has a range between 500 - 700 for example, the higher your attack rating, the more chance of you hitting 700 damage. Basically, the higher your AR, the higher your damage,

Same goes with Parry Ratio, however its the other way round. The higher your PR, the less damage the enemy will hit you.

Imo its not worth pimping your parry unless your wearing your last set, in which case its essential.

i don´t believe in bad or good english anymore...i´m happy if somebody can speak understandable english..and the rest isn´t sooo important
