when farming at ongs/huns should i leave skills at 10 or skills at 0 ive seen people leave skills at 0 but i dont get it compleatly

Don't put up stats or skills. Not putting up stats lets you freely change your build to anything even if you planned a Str and decide you want an Int instead. Keeping skills over 9 gap reduces XP further so less deleveling.

The max cap is 9 for SP gain boosts. Beyond 9 give you neither a beneficial or negative effect on SP gain. It just helps you so you don't need to delevel nearly as much.
