problem in some weapon

how i can get the Powerful Iron Bow for lvl 18 and Lancer Iron Shield for lvl 18
i just reached lvl 18 and i still use bow , blade and shield for lvl 16
same for clothes still some of them for lvl 10-13
i cant find for lvl 18 in protecter or weapon shop
anyone can help pls?

If this doesn't work, then you should just grind at 20-18 mobs in order for you to get the drops.

those items are only from drops from the mobs
so you have to find one yourself or buy or trade from another player
the npcs will never have anything but the basic lvl for that item

actually just press F on the keyboard to bring up the stall network, chances are you wont find anything since noone really sells the lower lvl stuff and just sells it to the npc's, you should be able to find more when you get to lvl 30+
