Can a Euro character use chinese quests

Can European characters travel to Jangan and follow the chinese quest series? (i personally like the chinese area better)

and if so... what's the easiest way to travel from constantinople to the jangan area

And the easiest way is to teleport
it costs 5k for one teleport

yes but the inventory expandsion is just once...
you will be able to choose if you do the euro or chinese

just remember when you get there (JG)
to reset your main city in the dimentional gate to the one you want to be res'd to

and as a side note, chinese can do euro quests as well
(i know it is kinda obvious, but not to some, lol)
