I guess we will get it in the summer of 2009 ( ~ June) or in the winter of 2009 (~ December) because Joymax makes 2 big updates every year and that sound most logically to me. But meh, no one knows for sure...

islam is a bigger update then 100 cap and korea doesn't even have islam yet

Yes, it is a bigger update, but it's most logical than 100 cap because of the lvl-ing from 80 to 90. I don't say we will get them, but i think (whenever we get them) it has to be before the 100 update. And also... (i'm not completel sure) i think we got the quro update almost in the same time as the other versions, also we get the fortress 2 weeks later than the other versions. So i don't think islam will be implemented there years before we get it. Yes we know they get the updates before us, but also we know that we don\t get them in the same order, so it's not impossible to put islam in the other versions and we get it 2 weeks after that. My point is that "other versions don\t have it" doesn't mean anything

im curious . if 10D will come out @ what lvl are u able to equip with 10D Weapon ? Cuz u have lv85 9D weapon so on lv90 u can equip 10D Weap ?

10D weapons should be lvl 90 95 and 100, which will make it intersting having a weapon the same lvl as the cap, back in 8D there was 8 lvl differnce between the cap and the highest lvl weapon you could use, now with 10D killing each other with a 100+7 weapon will be easy.

seems its 90-95-100 coz you already have lv80-lv85 that's 5 lvls of difference, i dont think they lower this.

whats with the protectors then?
usualy weapon/shield and gloves have the same lvl , then each other armor piece needs 1 more lvl (chest is 5 lvls higher than weapon).
But this wont work with lvl 100 cap.
