Removing Health/Mana Bar over my Head

How do i remove the Health/Mana Bar over my Head, i know it's in the settings, but i don't know which one to change.

Ok here how u do it
1) Press ESC
2) go to the setting tab
3) in the indicate name box scroll down put a check on self condition.
4) click confirm
5) Press ESC again to [X] out the small option window

Then just undo what you did to get it
