please Answer Quick to my Question!!!....i was hacked

hello can some1 tell me how to change an pasword to an old account on silkroad...i made this account not on joymax i made it on silkroad site 2 years ago when we had the option to make it ,know when i log into may acc in silkroad official site they do not give me the option to change and if i log into joymax they ask me to make some email validation and it says my email is not avaible...

the reason i ask this is because i got hacked and i have premium on the account and don't want to lose everthing on it ....Please HELP with advice thank you

on the right theres a button "Forgot your ID or Password"
click on it
scroll down
type your ID
cilck 'OK!'
answer your secret question
enter email
go to your email
open up the message
copy the code and go to the link provided in the email
paste the code
type in new password

if the person validated your account to a new email, then you've lost your account.
You should've validated your account when you had it to your own email.

but how can i validet that god damn email ...it's says my acctualy email is not avaible....can i enter inthere any other email i want or how can i make it ??

Do you have another account which already is registered on that email adress? If so you'll need to make another email adress to verficate your account on.
