in-game pop ups

I started a new char, and whenever i teleport or log in the game, i get pop up windows for the academy matching and the help, and once i move or get out of the town, or join a party, or get a zerk, i get a help alert. I remember with my old char, i didnt have any of these, its very annoying, and i dont know why the academy matching since im already in an academy :S.
Can someone help me get rid of these?

My char is 90, i still get them all... No idea how to turn them off...

i remember you had to do the first quest to get rid of it i guess.. i tried to do it but i couldn't lol

I done all const and most of samarkand quests, and still i get them :S its very annoying to keep closing it each time you teleport, specially in CTF whenever you respawn you get them, and by the time you close all, you are dead.

You will learn to ignore the ? sign under you minimap. And all those windows that pop up, just hit 2 or 3 times Esc and you'll cancel them all (dunno how many you get).
