How does skill reallocation potion work?

Ok, I want to level to level 41 with no skill level gap. But I won't be getting any skills above skill level 32. So my skill level is 41.

So if I bought 2 Skill reallocation potions, can i use them [10 potions total for 2] to bring down my maximum skill level to 32? Then SP farm like mad?

Does skill reallocation potion work like that?

the gap is based on your highest mastery level though. If your masteries are 41 then you will need 9 potions (plus more for any skills) to get them to level 32.

Thanks. So I guess it'll work. I'll check into how much the Resuscitation costs to bring something down a level.
