what does the percentage beside the stats represent?
ex. physical atk 112~134(+12%)
does that mean the orginal atk is...100~118

That that stat is increased by that number of % in comparisation to the same stat but with 0% after it.

Meaning :

Normal Hit is xxxxx (100%) (melee , double click)
Your skills is xxxxx (200%)

Your skill hits twice as normal does.

It's about the % of weapon/gear/accessory, not skills ;D
