Powerlevel party formula

I just made my own academy, now i have some noobs at lvl 28 that joined my academy. For a price i am powerleveling them at Golem(Level 39/40).
But i am woundering whats the formula for the amount of ppl that joined my autoshare exp party.
Lets say i have 5noobs level 28, and i just turned level 61.
Where do they get the most exp rate, i mean what level mobs ??
And is there a formula for this kinda stuf??
Party is exp autoshare ... 5 noobs and one level 61.

(5 * 28) + 61, total/number of party members (6)

Level 33 mobs and up will give you the best XP gains. It's the average level of the party.

Just choose some mobs, as long as the pt average is under or equal to the mobs lvl you'll get double xp/spx from pt mobs. But try to keep a 11 lvl diff with the most pt members.
