Hi,

I got charity (cleric passive), wear light armor and wear cleric rod but the str and int increase dont work. Phy and mag defence increase passive works though. Anyone can try this?

It increases the str/int on your str/int buffs.

do you mean you cant use the skills on other people or yourself? because your not allowed to use the str/int buffs on yourself, only the defense ones
