Monster mask issues

so i log onto my rouge on night and i look at my monster mask skill and it has like a 795 sec cool down time ( 3 days ago) now when i loggen onto him today its at 568 secs, is there any way i can fix this faster ( usualy the cool down is 10 minutes )

I had the same problem, the entire week I had 430 seconds cooldown :s
The next server inspection, it was fixed

Doesn't it freeze when you log off, to prevent you to just relog after making a mask.

The problem is: the timer itself is "broken"; u can make a monster mask every 10 minutes. But now the timer didn't count down. If u would be logged on for 1 hour, it would still state: xxx seconds; xxx would be the same number like it was when u logged on.
I don't know if the timer 'freezes' to prevent log on/off abuse

In cSRO timer doesnt freeze when you log off, it just keeps counting down
